Amazing Pets: Savannah Cat
I’ve always considered getting a pet, but don’t know if I could maintain the responsibility. Taking care of myself is hard enough; I can only imagine how hard it would be to feed and clean a pet. But if I’d had one it would definitely be the Savannah cat.
Savannah cats are hybrids that are result of breeding Serval(Wild) cats. They are considered one of the largest breed of domesticated cats: These cats have a very tall and slim build, which makes them appear larger than regular cats. For a F1 generation Savannah, the average weight is usually 10-25lbs. But a F2 generation will be smaller and weigh only between 8-17lbs. Just like the weight, the price goes down with each generation. F1 generation usually cost around $10,000+ and the F2 $5000+. Don’t worry though; there are cheaper generations, such as F5 that go for around $2000 or less.
Having a Savannah cat would be pretty amazing: If you ever invite friends over, it would definitely turn their heads. I’m also a spontaneous person, so if I ever impulse buy a pet, it definitely would be the Savannah: It’s like having your own little Cheetah. How cool is that?
Yeah.

Hey, that sort of reminds me of my cat, or moreso, my cat reminds me of those Savannah cats! You ever looked into getting a Bengal? They have similar spotting, but cost a fraction of the cost. Unless you want to spend $10000+ haha
Yeah, I was going to talk about Bengals but I’ll leave that to another post. Bengals look really cool too, but Savannahs look more like Cheetahs; thus, their amazing points are higher.
Yeah, the bengal’s actually my sister’s, but I recently moved out and wanted a cat as well.
Check out this link I just found.

Dang, thats really neat. Those cats’ fur have a mixture between a cheetahs fur and an anaconda’s style. It’s really tempting to get one of those, just to bring around and show it off! haha.
