		<description>You obviously know nothing about Jimmy John's.  Their main focus deliveries.  The one I used to work at averaged about 40-60 deliveries between 11pm-2pm.  We would have about 8+ people on staff at a time.  We would sometimes get last minute catering orders called in as well.  Sometimes we would hardly have anyone come in the shop but it's better to be prepared in case you get a line out the door and then you can handle it unlike a lot of other places.  Jimmy John's is always prepared for the huge rush and we're always one step ahead.  Very often times there's a lot of behind the scenes stuff that you don't see.</description>
