Facebook Marketplace Lacks Regulation

I posted an Xbox on the Facebook Marketplace last week and got these messages:
“Hello,
I came trough this your listed items and am interested in buying it.
How much is the final asking price?
Is the price firm?
Do you accept a U.S check for the payment?
What is the present condition of the item?

“Fuck you learn some English.”
It is so obvious they are fake and yet Facebook has no regulation on them at all. I’m sure there are many people who are more naive than me that fall for this every day.
