It really sucks to spend 3 years in jail for something like that. The day he was sentenced he wrote a check to the IRS and delivered it to the prosecutors, but he still got the maximum sentence. IF THEY CANT PAY THEN APPLY SOME JAIL TIME BUT NOT TO MUCH WERE YOU CANT EARN A LIVING.
