Have you ever been scrolling a news site and saw the most popular stories? Have you ever noticed that the most popular are always the most insignificant stories? It looks like people would rather read about the James Bond car, a symphony that’s too loud, and Frank Rich than the election or other news that really has a much greater affect on us, including me! I guess things like the election and wars over seas seem to have more of an indirect affect, or we’re just not as connected to them as the great James Bond cars. It’s pretty interesting to see what people’s interest really are and I get to see it every day when I see what keywords rank best in our blog. We get the most traffic by far from the Hawt Girls category and I can see why!

This is a picture of an Indian boy wading in the Ganges searching for coins. The coins are thrown in religious type of prayer and the rope he is holding has a magnet attached. The coins can’t be worth much, and yet this is what the boy is forced to do to survive and help his family, if he has one. Stuff like this makes me really sad and want to help some how. I don’t want to just donate money though, but what else can I do?

It looks as though China is doing anything to raise money and exposure for the Beijing Olympics this summer. Through a sponsorship with Razer XiaoFeng “Sky” Li and Jae ho “Moon” Jang will both bear the torch as it passes through China en route to the Beijing National Stadium. I know there must be more honorable people in China than these two guys, and to put a tradition that dates back to 776 BC through such embarrassment is a disgrace. I can not see what the two Warcraft pros have done for the country of China and this should definitely not be allowed. I have nothing against these Olympics and think it could be the greatest ever, but this is ludicrous!

First off, if you don’t know what NATO is, it stands for the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. It’s a military alliance of countries who mutually agree to defend each other when one is in danger. Member countries include: Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States.

Today they admitted that they have been mistakenly supplying food, water and arms to Taliban forces in southern Afghanistan! They were supposed to drop the supplies off at a certain point, forgot how to read a map, and dropped the supplies some where away, where the Taliban grabbed it and gave the thumbs up to the men on board the helicopter. The pallet of supplies included rockets propelled gernades, ammunition, water, and food. Politicians in Afghanistan believe it was done purposely, while NATO’s general blames it on “human error” aka idiocy. “We are aware of it but we are not fired up about it. It sounds like someone made a mistake. It was a cock-up rather than a conspiracy.”The forces on the ground are working to get the message across that we do not deliberately supply the Taliban with arms.” I would hope not!

Here’s a whopper for all you Prison Break fans. Fox has just announced that Sara is STILL ALIVE and will be reappearing in season 4, set to air in September. Prison Break is famous for killing off main characters, and they have even gone so far as to circulate rumours about possibly killing Scofield, the mastermind behind the “prison break.” But when Sara died early in season 3, many angry fans wrote letters to Fox, prompting them to decide to bring her back.

Personally, I think the show is in need of some more hot female characters, so I’m glad she’s returning. Any Prison Break fans out there? Leave us a comment and let us know what you think.
