<description>Your story sounds identical to what my daughter experienced today at Lasik Vision Institute in San Antonio, Texas. It was a typical "bait and switch". I looked them up at the Federal Trade Commission website and it seems this is a long on-going practice. The FTC has barred and fined them back in 2003, but they seem to keep changing their holding company. A way to skirt the law. I am just glad I found out before we got hooked.
