Have you ever been scrolling a news site and saw the most popular stories? Have you ever noticed that the most popular are always the most insignificant stories? It looks like people would rather read about the James Bond car, a symphony that’s too loud, and Frank Rich than the election or other news that really has a much greater affect on us, including me! I guess things like the election and wars over seas seem to have more of an indirect affect, or we’re just not as connected to them as the great James Bond cars. It’s pretty interesting to see what people’s interest really are and I get to see it every day when I see what keywords rank best in our blog. We get the most traffic by far from the Hawt Girls category and I can see why!

If I ever happen to wake up early I go to McDonald’s for quick breakfast. The same guy is at the drive-thru every time and is rude as hell. He asks “What do you want?,” doesn’t tell you to go to the 2nd window, and when he hands you your drink he says “Here!.” But I never get mad because I would be rude as hell too. I would be so mad if a McDonald’s manager, not exactly the greatest of managers, forced me to work the 6 AM shift every day. I would hate on every person that comes through and hope that idiot manager fires me so I have an excuse to search for a better job.
By the way, Rick Ross quote of the day from MTV Cribs: “Sometimes I come through and put my ice on…because I hate global warming.”

What’s the deal with all those people hating on China? Free Tibet? China has helped Tibet prosper by getting rid if their feudal system and helping them raise their GDP. If you think Tibet would be better off being fully autonomous think again! If you got your facts on Tibet from Brad Pitt’s movie “Tibet”, read Dr. Parenti article about how Tibetans were treated by their own government before China took control.

They Tibetans don’t want independence from China but only improved human rights. I don’t know if the Tibetans who riot and resort to violence really get the message across.
Yeah, the people of Tibet might be oppressed, but the people of China aren’t? If you’re going to fight for anything, fight for the Chinese people. It’s really silly to see people trying to stop the torch’s flame, because of the human rights issue in Tibet. Trying to use the Olympics as leverage for propaganda-”Free Tibet”- is ridiculous.
Anyways, if you’re going to boycott the Olympics because of this issue, I feel sorry for you. China will put on the most impressive Olympics ever. It’s not even an opinion: They spent so much time and money promoting it, to show the world that China is the real deal. When I was there three years ago, they were already getting ready. Chinese people are crazy over the Olympics and this year’s is sure to be one for the books. If you miss the Olympics because of Tibet, you might as well not use any of the products made from the raw materials in Africa: There’s a lot less human right over there.
Yeah.

This is probably one of the funniest things I’ve seen in a long time. I highly doubt there is a program like this that works: Paypal has their database on lock and theres no way some lame ass program like this would come close to hacking it. If it was that easy I’d be retired right now and sitting by the beach sipping a margarita.
This program reminds me of movies that have fake programs to do crazy things, like in Die Hard 4: They had a computer program that shutdown the power grid.
Yeah.

The past few days I haven’t been posting, because I was studying for an accounting test, which went horribly. I studied a lot but my mind got too tired on the test; unfortunately, I forgot a key formula that counted for 20 points .
Failing that test really has distracted me from doing anything: After my test-on Tuesday- I went back home and started watching Heroes. I felt so bummed out that I just couldn’t do anything else, but watch that show, so I finished both seasons in 2 days.
I feel like such a loser for putting so much effort into studying, but still doing poorly. I really can’t do anything until I see the score.
I hope my future is brighter.
Yeah.

I’ve been e-mailing business around Austin for the past couple days for a business project I’m doing and here’s the response I got from the Albany Chamber of Commerce:
“Thank you for your invitation. Unfortunately we are getting ready to take the Fort Griffin Fandangle to the LBJ Ranch and are pretty well booked up during that time. Good luch with your fair.”
What is the Fort Griffin Fandangle? It’s an outdoor musical based on the pioneers of West Texas and includes cowboys driving a trail herd, a stagecoach chased by Indians, and buffalo hunters and gamblers.

Now I understand why some people up north think we all ride horses and wear cowboy boots. Doesn’t the Albany Chamber of Commerce have something better to do?!
