America’s Best Dance Crew is a popular dance show on MTV. Basically, it’s an elimination tournament with 12 professional dance crews. These dancers really know how to choreograph their dances and perform them flawlessly: Every show the judges have to eliminate one crew and it’s always really hard to decide. These dancers on this show are highly skilled. Watch their videos and play it in slow motion: The moves might seem easy, but actually are really hard to do; once you realize that, you’ll appreciate this art more!

Kaba Modern is one of my favorite dance crews. The group consists of three guys and girls. They are from University of California, Irvine and most of them go to school, talk about multitasking! The first dance they did, on the show, blew everyone away: It was instantly a top video Youtube and many discussion forums. When I saw it my jaw dropped; their moves are so sick. They do a lot of popping, which is a dance technique of quickly contracting and relaxing muscles to cause a rigid jerky movement. This crew is highly skilled
