The reason I love watching True Life is seeing how badly people’s lives are. I might be a masochist, but it makes me feel better watching people ruin themselves. Every True Life episode is a blast, because they’re all about people with some type of problem; there isn’t True Life MY LIFE IS AWESOME! Even if there was, it wouldn’t be fun to watch. The latest True Life episode is about people who have a second personality online. One girl is a wannabe pornstar online, another is a sex fanatic, and finally one is a guitar player on second life. The first girl-Judy- has a website postlapsaria, where she does her blog posts and porn shoots. There’s a few things I want to rant about her site. First, she has almost zero visitors that go to her site, which is very sad considering she started it almost two years ago. Second, the website layout isn’t anything to be proud of. Third, she says trying to make a living off her website, but I can’t see her making more than two hundred a month. Funny thing is, there is a scene in the episode where she has to ask this guy to pay her rent. And the guy sends her $500 dollars and asks her to strip on the webcam. Awesome way to make a living. I felt really bad about her website, so I decided to leave a message; I want to help her increase her traffic and maybe make some money. But I haven’t heard from her, so I’m assuming she doesn’t need it cause she has her own sugar daddy.  I want one too :’(.

The second person is disgusting. I don’t want to write much about her, because there wasn’t much; she’s ugly, has sex buddies online, and is shy in real life.
The final person, is a Japanese girl living in California that is addicted to second life. She actually met her boyfriend on second life. Awesome. It really didn’t seem like she had any major problems at all; she liked playing guitar and performing shows in second life. At the end of the show she actually went to a venue and played a song, overcoming her fear of stage fright.

Saddest thing is I probably spend more time online than any of these people, which makes me uber geek.

Yeah.
